This Amendment No. 1 to the Schedule 13G (this “Amendment”) is being filed on behalf of Bradley Louis Radoff relating to the Common Stock, par value $.01 per share (the “Common Stock”), of A.D.A.M., Inc., a Georgia corporation (the “Issuer”), purchased by Mr. Radoff.

This Amendment is being filed to report that Bradley Louis Radoff no longer beneficially owns the Issuer’s Common Stock.
